We are now hiring Care and Support Workers (on night shifts) for Strode Park House in Herne, Kent who share our values of Care, Inspire, Together. Job Opportunity
As a Care and Support Worker (nights) at Strode Park House you will:
- Encourage and support residents in reaching their full potential.
- Deliver a high standard of essential and routine care to all residents.
- Assist with the welcoming of new residents and their families to the home.
- Assist with the service of meals and feeding.
- Support and participate in all areas of the running of the home, keeping it clean and tidy and adhering to Health and Safety requirements.
As a Strode Park Foundation colleague you will receive comprehensive support from day one and receive training and development opportunities to develop your skills. Strode Park House is a residential home with nursing care for 55 adults with physical disabilities and complex needs in Herne, Kent. We've been delivering care since ****, and this residential home is where it all started. The team at Strode Park House ensures our residents live in a safe and secure environment; each person's individual wellbeing, dignity and choice is vitally important within the community of residents who live at or come for a short break.
Night Shift times at Strode Park House are: 20:*******:00. Strode Park House provides care on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week including weekends.
