Our client is a leading Electrical Wholesaler in the UK and we are delighted to assist them in their search for a Branch Manager at their site in South Yorkshire.

Please note that there are opportunities at branches in Rotherham and Sheffield.

As Branch Manager, you will be the Profit Centre Manager or PCM and have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics.

You will want to build first class relationships with customers, suppliers and staff and use those relationships to develop profitable sales in an efficient and well organised business to allow you to generate Profit Sharing for you and your team.

Customer service excellence will be at the forefront of everything that you do.

As the MD in your business model, you will have full autonomy to do whatever is needed to satisfy your customer’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities as Branch Manager

  • Set and maintain exceptional standards of customer service
  • Develop long term relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Drive activity to produce profitable sales
  • Actively develop new business opportunities
  • Manage team performance
  • Take care of Health & Safety in your business to keep your team safe and well
  • Understand and manage your own profit and loss sheet, management accounts and sales performance data

Ideal person for the Branch Manager role

  • From an electrical wholesale background with experience across Sales Management and Profit Centres
  • Excellent People Leadership skills
  • Ability to maximise opportunities and drive businesses forward
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills.
