Our client is a leading FMCG business who are currently recruiting for a Head of Engineering at their facility in Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities

• Reporting into the Site Director, with direct reports, you will have overall responsibility and accountability for the Engineering function across the fully automated operation, which will include people and budgetary management.
• Overall responsibility for Engineering activities across the business
• Create and implement best practice engineering vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance
• Lead the Engineering team to ensure all operational plans are met
• Ensure that engineering strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs
