Telesales / Appointment Maker Executive
Approx. basic £35k + Annual Bonus + Bens.
Office based: Northampton.
Hours – 9am-5pm.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Work with a large database of client contacts to gather names and email addresses to expand our points of contact.
- Speak with key decision makers to assess current needs.
- Fact find good quality information with each call.
- Input data into Excel spreadsheets / CRM/HubSpot system.
- Work closely with the BDM team supporting them with quotes and other simple tasks as required.
- Occasionally attend meetings with customers.
- Email information to new contacts.
- Maintain rigorous follow-up with all communications.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced outbound caller who is used to appointment making.
- Experienced outbound B2B Telesales professional.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Energetic & self‑motivated.
- Excellent IT skills including CRM database use, Excel & Outlook.
