Strive are a UK wide Supply Chain & Logistics management recruiter. Night Operations Manager Upto c£70k + Bonus + Benefits Oxfordshire. Strive Supply Chain are a leading management recruitment consultancy, specialising in Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Logistics, Transport & Warehouse Operations. Our client is a leading Non-Food FMCG Distributor who is currently recruiting for a Night Operations Manager to manage the night shift at their state of the art site in Oxfordshire on a Monday - Friday basis (2200hrs 0600hrs). Reporting into the Operations Director and with Direct Reports across Shift Managers and Supervisors, you will manage a team of c60FTEs and be expected to manage the operation and improve operational efficiencies through Continuous Improvement.
