Our client is a leading 3PL, and we are delighted to support them in recruiting an experienced Transport Operations Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-drop operation at theirsite in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
Leading a team of transport team managers, planners and drivers, you will have overall responsibility for transport performance, fleet availability, customer service, compliance and financial delivery. You will oversee route planning, resource allocation, fleet utilisation and operational execution, ensuring you consistently deliver exceptional service whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety and legal compliance.
Key Operational Accountabilities for the role of Transport Operations Manager:
