Our client is a leading FMCG business who are currently recruiting for a Head of Engineering at their facility in Northamptonshire. Reporting into the Site Director, with direct reports, you will have overall responsibility and accountability for the Engineering function across the fully automated operation, which will include people and budgetary management.
