Strive are a UK wide Supply Chain & Logistics management recruiter. Our client is a leading FMCG Distribution business, who are currently recruiting for a Warranty & Customer Service Administrator to be based at their Vehicle Maintenance Unit in Lancaster, Lancashire. The role is a Monday to Friday role on a 40 hour week (1000hrs - 1800hrs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and controlling branch work in progress.
- Check system to ensure campaigns are completed and costed correctly.
- Work within credit control policy and procedures.
- Carry out Warranty, Retail, Repair & Maintenance and Internal costing as per company standards.
- Supply fully priced estimates of repairs required and ensure work is authorised where required.
- Audit job cards, associated service documentation and customer defect procedures for accuracy and adherence to internal and external procedures.
- Assist in achieving branch KPIs in relation to efficiency, WIP targets, recovery rates and invoice lead time.
- Meet and greet all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks confidently and efficiently.
- Create and process job cards, checking for existing work in progress.
- Check account details, available credit and obtain relevant authorisation.
- Provide timely updates to our customers and confirm bookings with customers.
