Night Shift Warehouse Manager Upto £40k + Benefits Suffolk Our client is a leading FMCG distributor in the UK and we are delighted to assist them in their search for a Night Shift Warehouse Manager at their RDC in Needham Market, Suffolk on a Sunday – Thursday 42.5 hour week on the following basis: Sunday Midnight to 5.30am Monday to Wednesday – 9pm to 6am Thursday – 8pm to 6am This challenging and interesting role will appeal to an individual with experience in managing a Warehouse team, who is passionate about delivering quality service to internal and external customers and has an understanding of Continuous Improvement Strategies. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for: To lead and manage the Night Team to deliver customer orders on time and in the most cost-effective manner. Be prepared to do hands on work within warehouse. To drive Operational KPIs within your team including team and individual performance, health and safety, quality, accuracy and customer service. Develop relationships and work in collaboration with other departments to ensure a joined-up delivery of operational requirements. Be responsible for the opening and/or closing of the warehouse on daily basis. Ensure training within your team is completed to health and safety standards and company procedures. To support the Operations Manager to develop a Continuous Improvement culture within the department and implement new processes.
