About the Role:

Our client is a leading Distributor, and we are delighted to assist them in their search for an experienced Warehouse professional to recruit a Warehouse Operations Manager at their site in Hertfordshire.

Reporting into the General Manager, you will manage 100+ FTEs through a team of supervisors. Apart from the day-to-day operations, you will be set a target to improve operational efficiencies through Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hit all KPIs by leading Direct Reports and FTEs
• Leadership of the team to drive standards & performance
• Manage the budget
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance
• Oversee security operations
• Drive continuous improvement projects and actively promote operational efficiencies

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in Continuous Improvement with the ability to discuss confidently
• Strong leadership experience in a fast-moving warehouse operation
• Experience working closely with and understanding transport operations
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels
