Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Work with a large database of client contacts to gather names, email addresses to expand our points of contact
- Speak with key decision makers to assess current needs
- Fact find good quality information with each call
- Input data into excel spreadsheets / CRM/HubSpot system
- Working closely with BDM team supporting them with quotes and other simple tasks as required
- Occasionally attending meetings with customers
- Email information to new contacts
- Maintain rigorous follow-up with all communications
Ideal Candidate:
- Essential that you are an experienced outbound caller who is used to appointment making
- Must be an experienced outbound B2B Telesales professional
- Exceptional communication skills
