We are delighted to assist them in their search for an experienced end‑to‑end Supply Chain professional as they look to recruit a Supply Chain Manager at their site in Poole, Dorset.
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the complete supply chain process, from demand planning and procurement through production, warehousing, logistics, delivery, and customer fulfillment.
The role ensures operational efficiency, cost control, service excellence and cross‑functional alignment across the entire supply chain network.
This position works closely with procurement, manufacturing, sales, finance, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to improve supply chain performance, reduce risks, and support business growth.
- Key Accountabilities as Supply Chain Manager
- Develop and implement end‑to‑end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and capacity planning activities.
