We are currently recruiting for an experienced Yard Operative / Forklift Driver on behalf of a well-established landscaping materials supplier based in the Walton-on-Thames area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to safely load and unload deliveries
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep the yard clean, tidy, and well organised
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report any issues
- Assist customers and drivers with loading when required
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance or Telehandler)
- Experience working in a busy yard or warehouse environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, hardworking and a team player
- Good communication and organisational skills
