Warehouse Supervisor Location: Greenford Pay Rate: £13.94 per hour Contract: Full-time, permanent Strive Staffing Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join their busy warehouse team. Purpose of the role: Reporting to the General Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of online orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse operation. This role is approximately 70% floor-based and 30% administrative, offering a balance between hands-on supervision and office-based coordination. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support warehouse staff in picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders. * Ensure all products are accurately processed, securely packed, and dispatched via the correct delivery service. * Monitor workflows, organise staff breaks, and delegate tasks effectively. * Assist with customer service queries regarding orders, deliveries, and product knowledge. * Maintain high standards of stock handling, warehouse presentation, and housekeeping. * Ensure health & safety and security standards are upheld at all times. * Support management with incident reporting, stock control systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Experience Required: * Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or retail environment. * Strong organisational skills and ability to adapt to change. * Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when required.
