The Role
Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join their team in Surrey, BC. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized office environment while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
