Strive have partnered with a Series A, VC-backed technology vendor making a major commercial push in the UK. They’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to join their early go-to-market team; this is the 4th sales hire, it’s still early, but the foundations, enablement, and processes are already built.
We're looking for a true new-business hunter with experience selling complex or regulated technology into senior finance, procurement, or legal stakeholders. Someone who can run multi-threaded enterprise cycles, build pipeline fast, and bring sharp commercial thinking to every conversation.
The opportunity:

- Working with 30% of Fortune 500, recent wins; GSK, Standard Chartered.
Engage senior buyers; CFO, finance leadership, procurement, legal, with insight-led, commercially intelligent conversations. Build a self-generated pipeline, supported by targeted marketing and SDR activity. Lead structured, multi-stakeholder deal strategies within large, complex organisations. Influence GTM direction in a business that values curiosity, pace, and high performance.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success driving net-new revenue in spend management, financial technology, legal technology, payments, or an adjacent complex-solution space.
- 5-8 years of experience exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
- Strong executive presence: articulate, commercially sharp, able to command credibility without being overly polished.
- Comfortable selling into finance and cost-focused functions, with an ability to quantify value and ROI.
- Degree-educated (or equivalent relevant experience), with a consultative, insight-driven approach to enterprise sales.
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by growth environments where you help shape the playbook.
- Early-stage environment exposure (Seed - Series C) is advantageous.
