The Role
- Inherit a team of 10 BDRs (UK/US) | Average rep attainment: 110%
- Own outbound strategy and PG motion, whilst implementing AI strategy
- Work closely with the UK Head of Sales and Global VP
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a BDR/SDR team
