As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Lead to lead all internal hiring across the Group. This isn’t just about filling vacancies. You’ll be responsible for attracting outstanding people, building our employer brand, creating an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring every new hire has a world-class onboarding journey.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of the complete internal recruitment function across the Strive Group, supporting multiple brands and departments.
From understanding hiring requirements through to onboarding new employees, you’ll ensure every hire reflects our culture, values and ambition.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner with Directors and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, improve hiring processes and continually raise the quality of our recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition
- Lead all internal recruitment across the Strive Group.
- Partner with Directors and hiring managers to understand hiring plans and future growth.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines across sales, recruitment, operations, marketing and leadership roles.
- Source exceptional candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to offer acceptance.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer management with hiring managers.
- Produce recruitment reports, hiring metrics and market insights for the leadership team.
Employer Brand
- Promote Strive Group as an employer of choice.
- Create engaging job adverts and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Build your own professional network and market presence.
- Work alongside Marketing to develop content that attracts high-performing talent.
- Continuously evolve our Employee Value Proposition.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Own the onboarding experience for every new starter across the Group.
- Coordinate induction plans with managers and internal teams.
- Ensure every new employee has a seamless transition into the business.
- Gather feedback from new starters to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that contribute to long-term retention.
Recruitment Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Review and improve recruitment processes across the Group.
- Build relationships with selected external recruitment partners where appropriate.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including time to hire, quality of hire and cost per hire.
- Introduce new sourcing strategies, technology and recruitment initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor hiring trends and salary benchmarking.
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting talent and influencing hiring decisions.
You’ll likely have:
- Previous experience leading internal recruitment or talent acquisition.
- A strong understanding of recruitment best practice and candidate engagement.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment systems and social media.
- A genuine passion for building high-performing teams.
