We are currently partnered with a fast-scaling cybersecurity vendor who are building out their EMEA team and are backed by one of the leading VC's in this space. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the post-sales lifecycle. The role starts as a strategic individual contributor position, with a clear path to help build and lead a customer success function as the business scales.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing 5–6 strategic financial services accounts.
  • Leading post-sales engagement and success planning.
  • Partnering with technical and security teams on adoption and value delivery.
  • Working alongside Sales Engineers across the customer lifecycle.
  • Supporting upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Contributing to the build-out of customer success processes and best practices.

Required experience:

  • Customer success or account management experience in cybersecurity or IAM.
  • Background in managing a team with the desire to build another.
  • Comfortable engaging technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Based within reach of London (any European language skills are advantageous).
