Currently on the hunt for an ambitious Sales Development Representative based in London looking to break into SaaS sales or take the next step in an early sales career.

The Role & Package Details

  • Entry level SDR position with structured training and mentorship
  • £40,000 base salary with £55,000 OTE plus additional incentives and SPIFs
  • Hybrid role based in Southwark, London with three days in the office

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect into mid market and enterprise technology organizations
  • Build outbound campaigns using email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and modern GTM tools
  • Engage CTOs, Engineering Directors, VP Engineering, and other senior technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with AEs to generate qualified pipeline
  • Share market insights to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and outreach

Experience & Skills

  • No previous SDR experience required
  • Hungry to build a long term career in B2B SaaS sales
  • Naturally curious with an interest in AI, software, or technology
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
  • Resilient, self motivated, and comfortable learning through feedback
  • Customer facing experience in hospitality, retail, recruitment, real estate, or other sales environments is welcomed
  • Technical curiosity or an interest in software development is a huge plus
