We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business growth within large, complex organisations. This role focuses on winning new enterprise customers, managing sophisticated buying cycles, and positioning a SaaS platform as a strategic business solution at executive level.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, working closely with internal teams and partners to deliver high-value outcomes for enterprise clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Winning new enterprise customers through proactive outbound, partners, and events
- Engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Comms & EX
- Running complex, consultative sales cycles and building strong executive relationships
- Creating business cases, navigating decision-making, and closing high-value deals
- Hitting ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales success (MEDDPIC trained)
- Proven experience selling into large, complex organisations (10,000+ headcount)
- Closing $300,000 to $700,000 ACV deals
- Track record hitting $1m+ Quota (YOY) focusing on New Logos
