We are currently partnered with a fast-scaling cybersecurity vendor who are building out their EMEA team and are backed by one of the leading VC's in this space.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the post-sales lifecycle. The role starts as a strategic individual contributor position, with a clear path to help build and lead a customer success function as the business scales.
- Managing 5–6 strategic financial services accounts.
- Leading post-sales engagement and success planning.
- Supporting upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Contributing to the build-out of customer success processes and best practices.
Customer success or account management experience in cybersecurity or IAM. Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts. Based within reach of London (any European language skills are advantageous).
