Role Description
A Strive Group Customer Experience Executive drives the standard in sales support. Liaising with customers and retailers to ensure an optimal customer experience, you will support client sales targets by connecting with customers, engaging them with the brand, and demonstrating a solution focus. The role demands strong communication, self-motivation, a passion for delivering an extraordinary customer experience, and a keen sales mentality.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and web with the aim qualifying and converting a prospect into a customer
- Understand the nature of the contact and triage to the appropriate team where further support is required
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication to progress their vehicle purchase and enhance their purchase experience
- Progress customer communications and outcomes on the CRM system (Salesforce) to enable future follow-up
- Organise vehicle demonstrations and test drives with the relevant automotive retailer
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity levels, targets and positive outcomes
- Meet Quality Assurance Standards
- Represent Strive Group and our client, to the highest standards, proactively seek to exceed client and customer expectations.
