The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including platforms, games integration, regulatory compliance, and third-party vendor coordination. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects while managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining a high standard of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of delivery projects, from planning and scoping through to launch and post-deployment support. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met while managing expectations around timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Development, QA, Compliance, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution across all project phases. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Lead cross-functional stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives. Ensure documentation, reporting, and client communications are consistent and clear. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and communication strategies. Requirements Demonstrable project delivery/management experience in a B2B iGaming environment. Proven track record of managing complex technical projects, particularly in regulated markets. Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, game providers, integrations, APIs, and regulatory requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in a range of project management tools (we use Jira) Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
