Role Overview
As a Management Trainee, you will initially work as part of the sales team at events, retail locations, and promotional sites across London. Your main responsibility will be speaking directly with customers, explaining energy services, and supporting campaign performance. As you develop within the role, you will gain exposure to team coordination, performance monitoring, and day-to-day operational responsibilities. This is a hands-on training pathway focused on real business experience.
