We are currently looking for friendly, confident individuals to join our team as Event Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for people who enjoy working in fast‑paced event environments, interacting with the public, and providing helpful support in person rather than over the phone or online. Full training is provided.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work at events, promotional locations, and retail spaces across London, speaking directly with customers and ensuring each interaction is welcoming, helpful, and informative. You will play an important role in creating a positive face‑to‑face experience for customers attending events or visiting promotional stands. This is a face‑to‑face customer service role in public environments, not a call centre or office‑based position.
