Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Field Sales Advisor to join our growing events team in London. This is a face-to-face, field-based role where you will represent energy brands at events, retail pop-ups, exhibitions, and promotional sites. You will engage directly with customers, educate them on energy products and services, and support them through the sign-up process. Key Responsibilities
- Represent energy brands professionally at events and promotional sites across London
- Engage with potential customers through face-to-face conversations
- Explain energy products, tariffs, and services clearly and confidently
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Manage the full sales process from initial conversation to completed registration
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Set up and dismantle event stands when required
- Travel to various London event locations (transport allowance where applicable)
