Through in-store events and retail activations, we help energy providers connect directly with customers, introduce their services, and create positive customer experiences.

Due to continued growth, Strive Collective is expanding from London into Birmingham, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Assistants. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales while being part of a company growing into new locations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a retail setting, interacting with customers, and developing practical skills in sales, communication, and brand representation.

Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will represent energy brands inside busy retail stores and shopping locations across London. Your role will involve engaging with customers, introducing them to the brand’s services, and helping them understand the benefits of switching or signing up. This is a face-to-face sales role based in retail locations, not a business-to-business position. You will work alongside a supportive team while developing confidence in customer engagement, communication, and sales techniques.
