This is a structured, full‑time programme designed for individuals who want to build a long‑term career in business and management. You will start in frontline campaign delivery to gain a strong commercial foundation, then gradually progress into team supervision, operations, and leadership responsibilities. The training is practical, performance‑based, and focused on real‑world experience rather than classroom theory.
Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include:
- Delivering face‑to‑face engagement at live campaigns and pop‑up events
- Promoting campaigns accurately and professionally
- Learning how campaign performance is measured and improved
- Supporting campaign logistics and daily operations
- Working alongside senior team members to understand leadership in action
- Assisting with coaching and onboarding new team members
- Contributing to team targets and campaign growth
- Developing core skills in people management, planning, and communication
