Strive Collective is a London-based sales and marketing company specialising in face-to-face customer engagement and brand representation. We work closely with brands in the energy sector, helping them connect directly with customers through live events, retail spaces, and promotional campaigns. Due to continued growth and expansion from London into Birmingham, we are launching a Graduate Sales & Leadership Scheme for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in sales, leadership, and business operations. We’re looking for graduates who are excited to be part of a new branch expansion, gain hands-on experience, and progress into leadership and management roles. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want to learn the full 360° side of a sales and marketing business, starting with customer engagement and progressing into team leadership and operational management.

Graduate Scheme Structure

  • Months 0–3: Sales & Industry Foundations – Learn the fundamentals of face-to-face sales and customer engagement; gain knowledge of the energy sector and our partner brands; work as a Brand Ambassador at events, retail spaces, and promotional sites; develop communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Months 3–6: Leadership Development – Continue developing personal sales performance; learn what it takes to lead and support a sales team; assist with mentoring and guiding new team members; build confidence in coaching, motivation, and team collaboration.
  • Months 6–9: Team Leadership – Take on responsibility for leading and managing a small team; drive team performance and campaign results; develop leadership, accountability, and performance-management skills.
  • Months 9–12: Business Operations – Learn the back-end operations of the business; gain insight into campaign management, recruitment, and team development; understand how sales campaigns are built, scaled, and managed.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have a full 360° overview of how a sales and marketing business operates.
