Strive Collective is a London-based company that works with brands in the energy sector, delivering face-to-face customer engagement at events, retail spaces, and promotional locations across London. Through live events and public campaigns, we help energy providers connect directly with customers, answer questions, and provide clear information about their services. We are currently looking for friendly, confident individuals to join our team as Event Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for people who enjoy working in fast-paced event environments, interacting with the public, and providing helpful support in person rather than over the phone or online. Full training is provided.

The Role

  • Welcome and assist customers at events and promotional locations
  • Provide clear and accurate information about energy services
  • Answer customer questions in a friendly and professional manner
  • Help create a welcoming environment at promotional stands
  • Support the organisation and set-up of event spaces when required
  • Maintain a professional and approachable presence while representing partner brands
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event operations
  • Deliver a positive customer experience throughout each event
