We are now recruiting for our February 2026 Management Training Programme, designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience across sales, operations, and campaign leadership.
This is a structured, full-time programme created for individuals who want to build a long-term career in business and management. You will start in frontline campaign delivery to gain a strong commercial foundation, then gradually progress into team supervision, operations, and leadership responsibilities. The training is practical, performance-based, and focused on real-world experience rather than classroom theory.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Delivering face-to-face engagement at live campaigns and pop-up events
- Promoting campaigns accurately and professionally
- Learning how campaign performance is measured and improved
- Supporting campaign logistics and daily operations
- Working alongside senior team members to understand leadership in action
- Assisting with coaching and onboarding new team members
- Contributing to team targets and campaign growth
- Developing core skills in people management, planning, and communication
