- This is a full‑time, structured development programme starting in
January 2026 . You will begin in front‑line sales and fundraising , learning the foundation of our business, and then progress through different areas to gain a
360° understanding of operations and leadership .
Key Responsibilities
- Represent national and international non‑profit organisations at live events and pop‑up locations
- Deliver face‑to‑face customer engagement and campaign promotion
- Learn core sales techniques, performance tracking, and compliance standards
- Support daily event operations and logistics
- Work alongside team leaders to understand campaign management
- Assist with onboarding and coaching new starters
- Participate in structured leadership and business training
- Contribute to team performance targets and campaign growth
- Progress into campaign supervision and team leadership responsibilities over time
Requirements

- Have recently graduated or are graduating in 2025/2026 (any discipline considered)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
