Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies, from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups, use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead.

Stripe's Professional Services (ProServ) team helps businesses around the world design, implement, and optimise their Stripe integrations. As we scale our global delivery capability, we are building a structured portfolio of service offerings that define the scope, methodology, resourcing, and commercial terms of how we engage with our users.

We are looking for a Product Manager (Professional Services) to own the portfolio of offerings end-to-end. The role sits at the intersection of services strategy, commercial design, and delivery operations. You will be the person who determines whether our offerings are well-designed, effectively sold, and profitably delivered and you will take action to refine the portfolio as needed. This is not a traditional Product Manager role, but it demands the same rigour. Your "product" is the service itself: its scope, its pricing, its methodology, and its performance. You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Stripe's Product organisation to ensure that every offering in our portfolio is fit for purpose and continuously improving.

What You'll Do

  • Own the offering portfolio for Professional Services
  • Maintain and govern ProServ’s offering portfolio including scope, hours, pricing, and resource plans for each offering.
  • Manage the full offering lifecycle: design, build, launch, iterate, and deprecate offerings based on market need, delivery performance, and product roadmap changes
  • Ensure the portfolio stays current as Stripe launches new products
  • Design and implement a governance framework for the portfolio of offerings
  • Drive offering performance analytics
  • Define and track the offering KPIs: attach rate, average scope deviation, planned vs. actual burn rate, gross margin per offering, and customer satisfaction
  • Run regular performance reviews and present findings to ProServ leadership with clear recommendations
  • Refine and Improve Offering Design
  • Analyse delivery burn data to identify offerings that are systematically over- or under-scoped, and propose refinements
  • Conduct structured retrospectives with Delivery Leads after engagement close to capture insights and feedback
  • Serve as the structured feedback loop between Delivery (what is hard to deliver), Sales (what is hard to sell), and Finance (what is margin-accretive), synthesising those inputs into offering design decisions

Who You Are

Required

  • 7+ years of Professional Services or consulting delivery experience
  • Demonstrable experience shaping or owning a service offering
  • Commercial literacy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Product Management training or experience
  • The ability to apply product thinking (hypothesis, prototype, measure, iterate) to service design

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Certinia and/or Salesforce
  • Exposure to partner and SI ecosystem dynamics
