About the Team
Product Sales is a team of deep functional and technical specialists who both lead and advise on deals for the most strategically important products in Stripe's portfolio. The OCS & Backend Payments Product Sales team is tasked with driving revenue growth for products like Radar, Multiprocessor and LPMs. Our team is hiring an Account Executive, Product â BNPLs to drive sales for these LPMs.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive, Product focusing on BNPLs, you will use your sales and product expertise to help drive growth of these BNPLs. You will collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to develop deep product knowledge and drive strategic deals. You will be instrumental in leading inâdepth product discussions with existing and prospective customers â and building and executing against our goâtoâmarket strategy.
You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in businessâlevel and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including Câlevel executives. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. You're as comfortable working with clients as with internal stakeholders. You're excited to become an expert and to share your knowledge. You're an organized selfâstarter, an excellent communicator who is highly analytical and has a track record for improving the processes and organizations around you.

- Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience at a leading technology company and a track record of top performance.
- A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners internally and externally.
- The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fastâmoving environment.
- A proven ability to be a selfâstarter capable of driving business results without significant supervision.
- An enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality.

- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.

Inâoffice expectations
Officeâassigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% inâoffice expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater inâoffice attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for inâperson collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is âŹ120,000 â âŹ180,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
