Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. Preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

In‑Office Expectations
Office‑assigned Stripe employees in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. Expectations vary by role and location: for example, Bucharest, Romania has an 80% requirement, while Delivery Center roles in Mexico City and Bengaluru work 100% from the office. These requirements balance collaboration and flexibility and will be discussed by the hiring manager.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £61,600 – £92,400. The range may change in other locations. For sales roles, the range is an On Target Earnings (“OTE”) figure, including commissions or bonuses and base salary.
