Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

  • At least 12 years of experience working in a bank in a risk-related area, or in a role that necessitated deep domain knowledge of risk issues relevant to global banks.
  • The ability to represent Stripe on complex risk and product issues at the executive level with our global banking partners, predominantly based in New York City and London.

  • Experience managing a rapidly growing global team in a high-growth company, and the ability to recruit, manage, and mentor high performing individuals.
  • The drive to flourish with minimal guidance; proactive and thrive in uncertain and ambiguous environments.
