Stripe is seeking a University Recruiter to shape and grow our campus program.

You will own the full lifecycle of university recruiting, drive a diverse pipeline, and partner with engineering and business teams to build early-stage talent initiatives.

You will plan campus events, manage onboarding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience for graduates and interns across multiple locations, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and inclusive hiring.
