At Stripe & Stare, we’ve been on a mission to solve the wedgie crisis since 2017, creating seriously comfy, sustainably made underwear and loungewear that women actually want to wear. As we continue to grow our global community (aka the Knickerhood), we’re looking for a CRM Executive to help us build thoughtful, engaging conversations with our customers.
Reporting into the CRM & Lifecycle Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our CRM strategy to life - from crafting emails and SMS messages to optimising journeys that keep our community coming back for more cloud-soft comfort. If you love great copy, smart data, and creating experiences that make customers feel seen (and seriously comfy), you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Building and scheduling all email and SMS campaigns across UK, USA and wider ROW markets.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, sharing clear and actionable insights to support continued growth across CRM channels.
- Creating and maintaining automated customer journeys, including updating imagery and creative assets to align with seasonal campaigns and launches.
- Work closely with the CRM & Lifecycle Manager to develop CRM strategies and communication plans across owned channels.
- Briefing our internal creative team to develop engaging campaign concepts that align with key trading moments, product launches, seasonal trends and stock availability.
- Work closely with the CRM & Lifecycle Manager, eCommerce and Merchandising teams to ensure all communications are optimised and on brand.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify key trends and opportunities to strengthen our CRM strategy.
- Conduct and monitor A/B test results, reporting on this regularly to the CRM & Lifecycle Manager.
- Monitor and manage direct mail suppression lists and communicate updates to external partners where required.
What we’re looking for:
- Analytical mindset: You’re comfortable working with data and identifying opportunities for improvement using CRM platforms and reporting tools.
- Creative thinking: You’re able to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and testing to challenge, shape and help grow CRM performance.
- Strong copywriting skills: You can craft clear, engaging copy for emails and SMS messages while staying true to our quintessentially British (and slightly playful) brand voice.
- Great attention to detail: From the layout of an email template to the grammar in an SMS, you take pride in delivering work that’s polished and accurate.
- Proactive team player: You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team, so strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly are key.
- A positive, can-do attitude: Most importantly, you’re curious, eager to learn and excited to grow with the brand as an integral member of the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role (preferred).
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business or creative discipline (preferred).
- Interest in the fashion and retail industry.
- Data literacy with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM and eCommerce systems such as Klaviyo and Shopify (preferred).
- Nice to have:
- Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms.
- Basic HTML knowledge for email editing.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Triple Whale or Google Analytics.
- Experience running A/B tests or working with customer segmentation.
