We’ve built a global community through product innovation, strong storytelling and data-led marketing. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of customer acquisition and digital growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth DTC brand and play a key role in building the engine behind our paid media performance.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own and optimise our paid acquisition channels across key platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok. Working closely with our Growth Director and agency partners, you’ll help ensure every pound of marketing investment drives efficient and scalable growth. This role sits at the intersection of data, creative and commercial performance ideal for someone who enjoys analysing performance, running experiments and turning insight into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition performance
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, PMAX, YouTube) and TikTok
- Drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Continuously improve campaign structure, targeting and bidding strategies
- Run testing and experimentation
- Build structured testing across creative, audiences and campaign formats
- Identify and test new acquisition opportunities and channels
- Scale what works and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks
- Partner with creative and brand teams
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing paid media assets
- Use performance insights to shape creative briefs and messaging
- Improve conversion and performance
- Support landing page optimisation and CRO testing
- Ensure paid media traffic converts efficiently on-site
- Data, reporting and insight
- Monitor key metrics including CAC, ROAS and LTV
- Translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations
- Work with agency partners and analytics tools (GA4, Triple Whale) to track performance
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years’ experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience working with in ecommerce or DTC brands
- Analytical mindset, you know your CPAs and LTVs from your VPLs
- Comfortable running structured testing and optimisation
Nice to have
- Experience with TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with GA4, Triple Whale or similar analytics tools
- Experience working with agency partners
