Stripe Recruitment are looking for a VDA Estimator for one of our growing Accident Repair Group Clients based in Enfield.
Key responsibilities as a VDA Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
- Record on computerised estimating systems
- Communicate with Bodyshop Staff
- Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
- Communicate with customers to provide updates
Minimum requirements as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Must have experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in an accident repair centre.
- Must have experience using AUDATEX estimating software
- Experience with 'Auto Flow' software is an advantage
- ATA is advantageous but not essential
- Ensure customer expectations are met and demonstrate great service skills
