Stripe Recruitment has an excellent vacancy for a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic at a Franchised Main Dealership. The position is based in the Stevenage area, for an excellent Franchise Main Dealership.
The Technician role has a basic salary of around £30k plus depending on qualifications and experience, with a higher basic for an MOT tester but with a realistic OTE of £50,000.
Hours are 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a Rota’d Saturday normally 1 in 4.
Any applicant must have:
- A full driving license for the UK
- Own their own hand tools
- Able to tackle servicing, MOT repairs, cambelt replacements, etc.
- Experience working on a variety of cars and vans
- MOT Tester license (not essential)
- Level 2 or 3 qualified (preferred but not essential, as experience counts)
