Together, these three renowned Swedish brands represent some of the most enduring values of Nordic design: timeless aesthetics, exceptional craftsmanship, innovation, and a commitment to quality that spans generations.
We are now looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Account & Sales Manager to represent this unique portfolio and strengthen our presence across both the Home and Contract sectors. This is an opportunity to work with three category-leading brands, build meaningful industry relationships, and contribute to the continued success of Scandinavian design in one of the world’s most influential design markets.
The Opportunity
Based in London and working closely with international teams across Sweden and Europe, you will play a central role in driving growth, supporting strategic partners, and developing new business opportunities throughout the UK and Ireland. You are equally comfortable discussing design and craftsmanship with architects and interior designers as you are negotiating commercial agreements with retailers and business partners. You understand that premium brands are built through relationships, expertise, and long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and execute strategic business plans across the UK and Ireland.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with retailers, dealers, architects, interior designers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Support retail partners in achieving agreed sales targets through proactive business development and training.
- Represent the brands within both the Home and Contract sectors, building strong networks across the design and architecture community.
- Collaborate closely with the international sales, marketing, and communications teams to deliver local market initiatives and campaigns.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and customer events.
- Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitive activity, providing valuable insights to the brands.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for String Furniture, Grythyttan Stålmöbler, and Kasthall.
Who You Are
- You have 3–5 years of successful experience within premium furniture, interiors, design, lifestyle, or related industries.
- You possess strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to develop customer relationships and drive sales performance.
- You are a confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- You have a genuine passion for design, architecture, craftsmanship, and material innovation.
- You are self-motivated, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities and brands simultaneously.
- You enjoy working independently while being part of an international team.
- You are comfortable travelling throughout the UK and Ireland.
- Experience working with architects, designers, dealers, or contract clients is considered a strong advantage.
Why Join Us?
This is a rare opportunity to represent three of Scandinavia’s most respected design brands. You will join an exciting phase of growth and transformation while working with companies that have helped define Nordic design culture for generations.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to represent three internationally recognised premium brands.
- A key role in shaping the future growth of String Furniture, Grythyttan Stålmöbler, and Kasthall in the UK and Ireland.
- An inspiring international environment with colleagues across Europe, North America, and Asia.
- A culture built on entrepreneurship, collaboration, craftsmanship, and long-term thinking.
