To support the sales team in developing and growing sales of Strimech Engineering’s agricultural and construction attachments, while gaining experience and training in technical sales, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior sales staff with enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Assist with identifying new sales opportunities and leads
  • Learn pricing structures and sales processes
  • Work towards agreed personal development and sales targets
  • Maintain social media presence

Product & Technical Learning

  • Learn Strimech Engineering product ranges and applications
  • Understand basic technical specifications and attachment compatibility
  • Assist with customer product selection under supervision
  • Attend training sessions and site visits where required, including shows

Customer Service

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service
  • Update customers on order progress and delivery times
  • Escalate issues to senior staff where necessary

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records

  • Assist with preparing reports and sales documentation

Skills & Experience

Essential
