The Essentials:
Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical (or equivalent trade)
12+ months experience maintaining fixed, mobile or modular plant
Hands-on experience with track-mounted crushing and screening equipment
Solid communication skills and can work solo or in a team
Valid White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Testing
Forklift licence, C-Class driver’s licence, and full Australian work rights
Bonus if you’ve got Rigging/Dogging tickets, but not essential
The Role:
- Focus on preventative maintenance of crushing plants and heavy-duty mobile equipment both in house and on site as required.
- Assembly and commissioning of new equipment in house and on site commissioning as required.
- Preventative maintenance inspections for our on site rental fleet on a monthly rotation.
- Diagnose and fault find breakdowns on equipment. On location and via telephoe
- Safely and correctly operate mobile plant including loading and unloading.
- Rebuild of major components or equipment for our own refurbishments and external refurbishments.
- Complete general labouring when required.
