Relay Team Member – Planogram Implementation
About the Role
Strikeforce is seeking Relay Team Members to implement new planograms across the grocery sector. You will work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements, and demonstrate flexibility to meet allocated timeframes. All planogram work is completed during standard trading hours — no weekend or night work.
What Is a Planogram?
A planogram is a visual guide outlining how products are positioned on retail shelves to ensure consistency, compliance, and optimal sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and accurately follow planogram (POG) guides
- Implement new in-store planogram layouts
- Adjust shelving and merchandise stock as required
- Identify and escalate any in-store issues
- Ensure ticketing compliance and adherence to Relay standards
- Always follow safe work practices
- Complete accurate reporting via company app
Skills & Requirements
- Current driver’s licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicle
- Physically fit (lifting, moving stock, prolonged standing)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Own smart device for reporting
- Flexible availability to support coverage and additional work
