Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the target operating model for finance data and reporting across the organisation.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables ensuring alignment across internal teams and external vendors.
- Work closely with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to drive requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution mapping.
- Serve as the key bridge between business, finance, and technology functions.
- Provide thought leadership and insight into financial data frameworks and best practice reporting structures.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and business engagement particularly in Frankfurt, with occasional on-site presence as needed.
Experience:
- Strong background in SAP FICO, financial reporting platforms, or similar finance systems (e.g. Oracle, Workday).
- Proven track record as a Project Manager or hybrid Consultant/PM, ideally within finance or financial transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience in building or improving financial data operating models and reporting frameworks.
- Ability to drive workshops, solve complex problems, and manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology functions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong grasp of finance process flows and data requirements.
- Experience within the Asset Management industry, or broader financial services.
- Familiarity with concepts such as AuM, NAV, and NCF.
