Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Investments Aladdin Business Analyst to support a large-scale integration programme within a leading Asset & Investment Management organisation. This long-term engagement will involve shaping the operating model, reviewing current state processes, defining the target state, and supporting successful implementation across front-to-back functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operating model review activities, including current state analysis, gap assessment, target state design, and implementation support
- Drive business requirements definition, process mapping/design, and testing
- Support enterprise business process reviews alongside BlackRock (BRS) engagement
- Contribute to end-user training and knowledge uplift across investment teams
- Collaborate closely with Front Office stakeholders, ensuring Aladdin workflows align with investment, risk and control requirements
- Assess enterprise impacts, particularly relating to Risk, Compliance and control environments
- Support integration activities and change management across the programme lifecycle
Required Experience
- Strong background as a Business Analyst within Asset or Investment Management
- Hands-on experience with enterprise BRS Aladdin (Front Office heavily preferred)
- Direct engagement with Portfolio Managers, Trading and Investment teams
- Proven capability in business process analysis, operating model design and functional requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise controls and impacts relating to Risk & Compliance
- Prior experience in platform or business integration programmes highly beneficial
Contract Details
- Initial Term: 12 months (with potential extension)
- Location: London (hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite per week)
