SAS Viya Engineer
Location: London - Hybrid
Working Pattern: 3 days onsite in London + 2 days Work From Home
Contract: Inside IR35
Right to Work: Candidates must already be eligible to work in the UK under Inside IR35 arrangements.

We are looking for a highly experienced SAS Viya Engineer with strong hands-on SAS Viya 4 experience. The immediate priority is a candidate who can work independently and contribute from day one .
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong SAS Viya 4 , Base SAS, SAS Macros and CAS (Cloud Analytic Services) experience.
- Hands-on Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Linux and cloud platforms such as AWS EKS, Azure AKS or GCP GKE .
- Experience deploying and managing SAS Viya 4 microservices .
- Strong data engineering/ETL experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL and S3.
- Experience integrating Python (SWAT) and REST APIs with SAS Viya.
- DevOps experience with Terraform or Ansible , CI/CD and platform monitoring using Prometheus/Grafana .
- Understanding of RBAC, OIDC, SAML, LDAP , authentication and data governance.
- Strong troubleshooting and independent delivery skills.
Important: This is specifically a SAS Viya Engineer role. Strong general SAS experience without hands-on Viya 4 experience will not be sufficient.
