Salesforce Project Manager
Contract: Initial 6 Months
Location: London (Hybrid Working)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic Salesforce initiatives within a complex, enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for driving multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring successful delivery across business and technology teams whilst maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and change initiatives.
- Define project scope, plans, timelines, budgets and governance structures.
- Manage delivery across cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Architects and Test teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Drive programme governance, reporting and steering committee activities.
- Support change management, business readiness and adoption activities.
- Coordinate third-party vendors and external delivery partners where required.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce projects within large, complex organisations.
- Strong Project Management experience across business and technology change initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and associated delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong governance, planning, RAID management and reporting experience.
- Financial Services or Investment Management experience highly desirable.
- Relevant project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, SAFe etc.) desirable.
